UGA falls to Notre Dame in Athens

The Rugby Dawgs hosted Notre Dame on Sunday after an emotional night where both schools met in Sanford Stadium. Kick off was set for noon but was moved back to 1pm to accommodate the traveling team and our battle weary fan base.

The score was 12-6 at the half with the lead going to Notre Dame's much larger and faster team. 20 minutes into the second half, the Irish jumped to a 24-6 lead and never looked back.

Final score 27-6 Notre Dame.

The Dawgs host Kentucky this weekend.
