Classic City Sevens A Huge Hit

In our inaugural year, Classic City Sevens, went off without a hitch! Kudos to the organizers, the Rec Sports department, and the many volunteers. We really appreciate your hard work!

Our club welcomed competitive teams from Auburn University , The University of South Carolina, Kennesaw State, and The Renegades to the newly formed annual seven man rugby tournament. During the one day rugby contest, the clubs played in a round robin format forcing a massively competitive "Dawg v. Dawg" game between our "RED" team and our "BLACK" team in round two.

The highlight of the tournament has to be our "RED" team beating a very competitive South Carolina team in the semi-final game.

Congratulations to Kennesaw State for winning the tournament in powerful fashion.
